Use:
The solar panels from Swaytronic are equipped with monocrystalline solar cells in shingle technology with a high efficiency of 21.4%.
The range of application is in the stationary as well as mobile area. Can be used for caravans, boats, summer houses, stand-alone systems, etc. The connection box is IP67 protected and therefore dustproof and protected against water jets from any angle.
The connection cables are equipped with the commercially available MC4-compatible plugs/couplings.
A series connection of the panels up to 500V is possible and the solar panels can be connected in parallel to increase the output.
In combination with a solar charge controller and a storage battery (LiFePO4) from Swaytronic, a self-sufficient energy system can thus be realised without much prior knowledge.
Shingle technology:
In the interconnection technology or innovative interconnection technique known as shingling, the individual solar cells inside are laid on top of each other like roof tiles and connected. By overlapping the cells, inactive cell areas are replaced by active cell areas of the cells above and an optimal increase in module output is achieved.
At the same time, the interconnection of the cells improves the shading behaviour of the modules. Unlike standard modules , the cells that are not shaded remain active.

Swaytronic assumes a voluntary manufacturer's warranty of 2 or a maximum of 5 years* for the solar panel product portfolio with exceptions. The effective warranty period can be found in the respective product. The choice of replacement, repair or reimbursement of costs is at the discretion of Swaytronic (Schweiz) AG.
*For more detailed information and allocations, please refer to the corresponding data sheets / product specifications.
Further claims, especially for compensation of direct or indirect damages caused by the defect of the device, the costs incurred by the removal and installation or the lost profit are excluded.
Models which are equipped with a serial number will be recorded by us upon receipt and dispatch of goods and assigned to the end customer.
Removing the serial number (sticker/inscription) will void the warranty.

Damage and consequences due to improper procedure of bonding and assembly, as well as due to use of materials not verified by Swaytronic - are generally excluded from any warranty and compensation claims.
Exclusion:
Not covered by warranty are damages, defects and malfunctions caused by:
(a) force majeure (e.g. lightning, overvoltage, thunderstorm, flood, fire).
b) normal wear and tear
c) mechanical impact or force such as transport damage, fall, deformation,
d) improper, abusive or negligent handling or use,
e) faulty installation or commissioning
f) malfunction of other connected devices,
g) non-observance of safety precautions,
h) Independent modifications, programming or repairs,
i) use not in accordance with the operating instructions or otherwise improper handling of the goods.
In addition, normal wear and tear or other defects do not affect the basic operation of the product.
External scratches, stains or natural mechanical wear and tear do not constitute a defect of the product.
