The battery cells

When it comes to the battery cells, Swaytronic also makes no compromises.
For the LiFePO4 batteries from Swaytronic, only LiFePO4 cells of the A-grade classification are used.

STORAGE:
The cells are stored for 3 to 5 months after production. This storage excludes that cells are integrated into a battery pack which have a high self-discharge rate or other qualitative defects.

CELL MATCHING:
After the storage process, the cells are tested again for their properties. Only cells are used in a battery pack,
which have the following characteristics in relation to the other cells in the battery pack:

- voltage difference of < than 5mV
- internal resistance of < than 2mΩ
- capacity differences of < than 50mAh.

The cell matching process ensures that the cells are discharged more evenly and the life of the battery is increased.

Warranty for LiFePo4 Storage Batteries / Mobile Energy
Swaytronic assumes a voluntary manufacturer's warranty of 5 years for the product portfolio storage batteries. The period for calculating the warranty period begins from the date of purchase, but not more than 1 year after manufacture. The warranty period is not extended in case of provision or granting of services within the scope of this warranty, in particular not in case of replacement or repair.
The choice of replacement, repair or reimbursement is at the discretion of Swaytronic (Switzerland) AG.
Devices, models or accumulators which are equipped with a serial number are registered by us at the incoming and outgoing goods and assigned to the end customer.
The removal of the serial number (sticker/inscription) will void the warranty.
Exclusion:
Not covered by the warranty are damages, defects and malfunctions caused by:
(a) force majeure (e.g. lightning, overvoltage, thunderstorm, flood, fire).
b) normal wear and tear
c) mechanical impact or force such as transport damage, fall, deformation,
d) improper, abusive or negligent handling or use,
e) faulty installation or commissioning
f) malfunction of other connected devices,
g) non-observance of safety precautions,
h) independent modifications, programming or repairs,
i) use not in accordance with the operating instructions or otherwise improper treatment of the goods.
Further claims, in particular for compensation for direct or indirect damage caused by the defect of the device, the costs incurred by the removal and installation or lost profits, are excluded.
