Warranty LiPo battery
Wear parts such as rechargeable batteries and batteries are excluded from the warranty by Swaytronic as well as by trade partners. Within the first 3 months from the date of collection or delivery, Swaytronic may, at its discretion, provide a voluntary warranty as a gesture of goodwill. However, this requires compliance with the safety regulations according to Article 7 of our GTC. Furthermore, an inspection of the damage in our company is mandatory. No warranty claim can be decided on the basis of pictures or other data.
Devices, models or accumulators which are equipped with a serial number will be recorded by us at goods receipt and goods issue and assigned to the end customer.
Removing the serial number (sticker/inscription) will void the warranty.

If a battery should ignite, you can extinguish it quickly, safely and above all cleanly with the granulate!The granulate is applied softly to the fire. The expanded glass granulate surrounds the fire and smothers it. At particularly high temperatures, the expanded glass melts and spreads over the surface of the burning metal. The melt forms an airtight seal that crusts over as it cools, extinguishing the metal fire.
