Temperature controls with core technology and microprocessor PID programming for 100ms high-speed real-time tracking of heat gun output temperatures with real-time calibration! Output temperatures are extremely stable.
With PID high-speed temperature calibration in 100ms, conversions are energy efficient and deliver constant power consumption for temperature at a much lower level than comparable devices, which means greater energy savings!
The YH soldering iron has a high-temperature silicone cable (damage-free when the 300º hot soldering tip touches the silicone for 30 seconds); the heating element uses a high-power heating element for fast temperature compensation, especially suitable for desoldering raw ends, large joints and hard-to-reach places, as well as for general soldering and joint desoldering.
AC stabilised high-speed power supply with continuously adjustable output voltage of 0 - 30V and output power of 0 - 5A. The power supply also has overload protection. The unit also has a voltmeter interface and can replace a high-precision digital voltmeter for AC voltage measurements.
The cable of the hot air gun handle also uses a high temperature silicone, and a quiet brushless driven fan and state of the art ceramic framed heater core for extremely smooth and reliable performance!
The unique anti-blocking function of the ABS fan ensures the highest possible safety. If the fan stops working unexpectedly and the working stability can no longer be controlled, the system immediately disconnects the heat gun from the power supply to ensure safety for the user and the environment.

PID programming information:
The core algorithm sets a frequency for measurements, comparisons and executions divided into 20 ms for fast, 100 ms for very fast and 200 ms for high speed .
Temperature control for heat gun and soldering iron! PID is one of the most important parameters for temperature accuracy and stability!
In cycles of 20ms for each 50Hz half-wave, the programme already has precise controls for each power supply cycle.
A variant of the high end YIHUA hot air gun models uses Fast 20ms cycles and the temperature calibration of the soldering iron is set to the two standard cycles High-Speed 100ms and High-Speedl 200ms because the temperature sensor is inside the ceramic heater core.
Timing for temperature transfer to the tip of the soldering iron and back: 100ms high-speed cycles provide optimal speed control!

Nach dem Kauf für Privat der Station Yihua 995D+ hab ich jetzt für`s Geschäft diese Station Yihua-853D+ gekauft und bin wiederum nicht enttäuscht worden ! Top !
Warranty for devices / models
The warranty in accordance with the following provisions is 2 years, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The warranty period begins with the date of delivery. Liability for normal wear and tear and wear parts is excluded.
Devices, models or accumulators which are equipped with a serial number will be recorded by us at the time of goods receipt and goods issue and assigned to the end customer.
Removing the serial number (sticker/inscription) will void the warranty.

Functions:
Display total voltage (all cells) and the individual voltage of each cell.During operation / use of a LiPo battery, the battery tester monitors the battery. The individual cells are permanently checked for their voltage and the alarm is automatically triggered when the set cell voltage of the cells is reached / undercut.Connect a battery (1-8 cells LiPo) to the balance plug of the battery tester. The voltage tester acknowledges the connection of the battery with 2 x 5 beeps. The display shows the total voltage (ALL) of the battery in volts and then changes to the voltage of the individual cells (No 1...No 2... No 3... etc.)
Setting the alarm for the cell voltage you want:
Press the button (lower edge button) once. The tester shows the currently set voltage value in volts (based on 1 cell). If this value corresponds to your wish, the programming is finished and the battery tester changes back to the home position in the display.If you want to change the alarm value, press the button twice. The battery tester switches to the next possible value.Repeat this step until the setting you want is displayed.
