Functions:
Display total voltage (all cells) and the individual voltage of each cell.During operation / use of a LiPo battery, the battery tester monitors the battery. The individual cells are permanently checked for their voltage and the alarm is automatically triggered when the set cell voltage of the cells is reached / undercut.Connect a battery (1-8 cells LiPo) to the balance plug of the battery tester. The voltage tester acknowledges the connection of the battery with 2 x 5 beeps. The display shows the total voltage (ALL) of the battery in volts and then changes to the voltage of the individual cells (No 1...No 2... No 3... etc.)
Setting the alarm for the cell voltage you want:
Press the button (lower edge button) once. The tester shows the currently set voltage value in volts (based on 1 cell). If this value corresponds to your wish, the programming is finished and the battery tester changes back to the home position in the display.If you want to change the alarm value, press the button twice. The battery tester switches to the next possible value.Repeat this step until the setting you want is displayed.

Das BMS schützt die Batterie vor möglichen Schäden und regelt den Betrieb.Das Swaytronic BMS beinhaltet:- Überladeschutz - Tiefenentladeschutz - Überlastschutz - Kurzschlussschutz- Kommunikation Bluetooth- TemperaturkontrolleDas BMS bildet das Gehirn der Batterie. Seriell-Schaltungen mit bis zu 4 Batterie-Packs möglich

Die Batteriezellen
Bei den Batterie Zellen macht Swaytronic ebenfalls keine Kompromisse.Für die LiFePO4 Batterien von Swaytronic werden ausschliesslich LiFePO4 Zellen der Klassifizierung A-Grade verwendet.LAGERUNG:Die Zellen werden nach der Produktion für 3 bis 5 Monate gelagert. Diese Lagerung schliesst aus dass Zellen in ein Batteriepack integriert werden, welche eine hohe Selbstentladerate oder andere qualitative Mängel aufweisen.CELL MATCHING:Nach dem Lagerungsprozess werden die Zellen nochmals auf Ihre Eigenschaften geprüft. Es werden nur Zellen in einem Batteriepack verwendet,welche zu den anderen Zellen im Batteriepack:- Spannungsdifferenz von < als 5mV- Innenwiderstand von < als 2mΩ- Kapazitätsunterschiede von < als 50mAh aufweisen.Der Cell-Matching-Prozess sorgt dafür dass die Zellen gleichmässiger entladen werden und sich die Lebensdauer des Akkumulator erhöht.

Functions:
Display total voltage (all cells) and the individual voltage of each cell.During operation / use of a LiPo battery, the battery tester monitors the battery. The individual cells are permanently checked for their voltage and the alarm is automatically triggered when the set cell voltage of the cells is reached / undercut.Connect a battery (1-8 cells LiPo) to the balance plug of the battery tester. The voltage tester acknowledges the connection of the battery with 2 x 5 beeps. The display shows the total voltage (ALL) of the battery in volts and then changes to the voltage of the individual cells (No 1...No 2... No 3... etc.)
Setting the alarm for the cell voltage you want:
Press the button (lower edge button) once. The tester shows the currently set voltage value in volts (based on 1 cell). If this value corresponds to your wish, the programming is finished and the battery tester changes back to the home position in the display.If you want to change the alarm value, press the button twice. The battery tester switches to the next possible value.Repeat this step until the setting you want is displayed.
Programme options:
OFF / 2.70 V to 3.8 V at intervals of 0.10VPress the button once =display the set alarm valuePress the button twice=switch to the next valuePress the button several times to scroll through all values.
Recommendation:The alarm value should not be set below 3.3 volts! LiPo batteries react very sensitively to deep discharge.

Continuous current between 120-220A.In my powerboats I primarily use 5S/6S 18.5V 6300mAh 35/70C and 5S/6S 18.5V 6200mAh 60/120C LiPos. A set of 4Batteries is enough for me for about 4-5 minutes of driving time.
